Personal data is only processed on the basis of Art. 6 GDPR. Data transfer is SSL/TLS encrypted (https).

This website is hosted by an external provider: Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg, with servers located in Frankfurt am Main (AWS region eu-central-1). The host processes data on our behalf under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; a data processing agreement (AWS Data Processing Addendum) under Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded.

When the website is accessed, the server automatically records technical access data (IP address, date/time, page accessed, browser, OS, referrer) to ensure operation and security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This data is deleted automatically after a short period.

For enquiries via the contact form, the website configurator or email, we process the data you provide (name, email, company if given, message and your configuration details) solely to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The request is stored in our database and you receive a confirmation email.

This data is deleted once no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.

If you create a customer account, we process the data provided during registration (first and last name, email address, and optionally postal address, phone number and company) to provide the account and handle your projects (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Your email address is verified via a confirmation link.

The data is stored for as long as your account exists. You can permanently delete your account yourself at any time in the settings — this also deletes your requests and uploaded files, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

In the configurator you can voluntarily upload a logo and images. These files are stored on our server and used solely to prepare your quote or website (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). They are deleted when your account is deleted or upon request.

This website uses only technically necessary browser storage: your language choice, the light/dark theme, your saved configurator draft (expires after 14 days), your customer-account login session and – if the server is temporarily unreachable – a local copy of your request. This data stays in your browser and is not used for advertising. No consent is required for this under § 25(2) TDDDG. No tracking or marketing cookies are used.

The fonts used (Inter, Poppins) are served locally from our own server. No connection to Google or other third-party servers is established and no data is transferred to third parties.

To analyse the use of this website statistically (e.g. number of page views, popular pages, approximate countries of origin, referring websites) we use our own, cookieless analytics. It runs exclusively on our own server; no data is transferred to third parties and no services such as Google Analytics are used.

No cookies are set and no cross-device recognition takes place. Your IP address is not stored – on each request it is only used once to determine the country of origin and then discarded immediately. Only anonymous data that cannot be traced back to you is stored (page requested, date, country code, referring website, language). Identifying individuals is therefore not possible. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in privacy-friendly analytics (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3) GDPR).
